Why we only cover one city
Because the useful part of a quote is local. Stoke-on-Trent housing is mostly Victorian and Edwardian terraces, interwar semis, and post-war estates across the six towns, with clay tile and slate on the older stock, concrete tile on later housing. The six towns vary a lot in housing age, so what works in one part of Stoke may not be the right answer a couple of miles away. An installer who works here every week already knows that; one covering half the country does not.
